Trueline is a small, independent web studio in Athens, Tennessee. We design and code custom websites for local businesses that want to look sharp online — without the agency markup.

How much does a small-business website cost?

Most builds for local shops, contractors, and services in East Tennessee land between $750 and $2,500 — depending on the number of pages, whether we're integrating booking or e-commerce, and how custom the design needs to be. Every quote is fixed-price up front, no surprises.

How long does it take to launch a website?

Typical builds take 2–4 weeks from kickoff to live, depending on how quickly you get us copy, photos, and feedback. Single-page sites can launch in a week. We'll set a realistic timeline during the planning step so you know exactly what to expect.

Do you handle hosting and ongoing updates?

Yes — our Hosted & Cared For plan covers hosting, SSL, backups, security updates, and small content changes (text edits, photo swaps, new portfolio items). Monthly plans run $49–$179 depending on how active your site is.

What areas of Tennessee do you serve?

Trueline Web Co. is based in Athens, TN and serves all of East Tennessee — including Cleveland, Chattanooga, Knoxville, Maryville, Sweetwater, Madisonville, Etowah, Englewood, and the towns in between. Most kickoff meetings are by phone or video, so distance isn't a blocker.

Do you do local SEO and Google Business Profile setup?

Yes. Every build includes basic on-page SEO — meta tags, schema, sitemap, page speed, mobile. Local SEO — Google Business Profile setup, citation building, review strategy, map-pack ranking — is offered as the Found on Google service.

Will I own the website?

Yes — you own the domain, the site files, and the content. We don't lock you into proprietary builders or hold your content hostage. If you ever decide to host elsewhere, we hand over the source files free of charge.
